Bering Trucks was a commercial truck manufacturing company that was founded in 1999 in Front Royal, Virginia, USA. The company specialized in producing medium-duty commercial vehicles for the North American market. Bering Truck was owned by a joint venture between Hyundai Motor Company and DaimlerChrysler AG. The company's models include the BD5, BT 4.5, BT 6. 5LR, and BT-66. However, due to poor sales and other factors, the company shut down its operations in 2007. Today, Bering Truck is no longer in production, and its trucks can only be found in the used commercial vehicle market.
